Greg Geer

Greg Geer is thrilled to direct his first production for the Players. An actor/director in Southern New England for 30 years, he has directed for Stadium Theatre, Norton Singers, Community Players, Bristol Theatre Company, Arctic Playhouse, and Taunton Performing Arts Center. Favorite productions include Peter/Wendy, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chicago, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Who’s Tommy, and Rock of Ages. Greg has also performed with many area theaters, including Rhode Island Shakespeare Theatre and Newport Playhouse. Favorite roles include Sweeney, Herbie, Oberon, and The Chairman. He holds degrees from RIC and Salve Regina and in his spare time works at MathWorks.
