Eva Louise Murray (she/they/fae) is a Performer & Teaching Artist who values creative collaboration, spirituality, storytelling, education, and collective liberation. She is delighted to be back at the Players for the second time, previously as Chris in Dancing at Lughnasa. She dedicates this performance to all LGBTQ+ people who ever needed to hide themselves, suppress desires, and pretend to be someone they’re not to survive. She prays and fights for a world where we can all break free from state-sanctioned violence, hyper surveillance, and imperialist propaganda.

Past Shows with The Players

Dancing at Lughnasa

This is Eva's first show with The Players, and they are very excited! Eva is a performer, creative collaborator, teaching artist, choreographer, director, educator, witch, and proud cat mom. They are based in Providence and work all around the Massachusetts and Rhode Island area. She studied Theater (with a concentration in Performance) & Gender and Women's Studies (now Gender, Sexuality, and Intersectionality Studies) at Connecticut College. They send a huge thank you to Thomas, the Cast, Crew, and everyone at The Players for their hard work to put this show on. She also sends a big thank you to the audience for being here. She dedicates this show to all of her Irish ancestors who have guided them throughout their life and this process. Saoirse don Éire. Saoirse don Phalaistín. Free us all.
